Assassin's Creed in theaters on December 21.

By
With just two weeks to go before its release, Fox today released the "final" trailer for video game movie Assassin's Creed, based on the Ubisoft franchise, and also put out a new clip for it. The trailer might be the best, most intriguing one yet, while the clip shows off more of the interaction between star Michael Fassbender and Michael Kenneth Williams.

Assassin's Creed is directed by Justin Kurzel (Macbeth), and also stars Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Brendan Gleeson, and Ariane Labed.

In a recent interview with Empire, Fassbender spoke about playing a darker, more ambiguous lead role. "It's not like Star Wars, where you've got the light side and the dark side," he said. "This is very ambiguous morally. Both of these parties--the Templars and the Assassins--are hypocritical at certain points. There are not clear-cut good and bad characters.
"I think it's a little more provocative for an audience to see that. You know, 'Should I be feeling that? Should I be backing this character?' That's always fun."
Assassin's Creed hits theaters on December 21, 2016.

Overwatch Soldier: 76 Takes On A Group Of Thugs In Overwatch Animated Short

By
Blizzard's most recent animated short for Overwatch sends us to Dorado , where Soldier: 76 mercilessly takes on a group of thugs. The animation, titled " Hero ," begins with a young girl leaving her home, only to be harassed by nasty bullies who rob her pouch of cash. Soldier: 76 , who appears in Dorado to investigate the illegal activities of these criminals, swoops in only to find the young girl in danger, too. This is the fourth animation in a series of impressive short films about Overwatch's characters and world, and this one is just as superb as the others.                                             Overwatch Animated Short  “Hero”
